Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians and may not travel alone on the ship. The transport company is not liable for damages if these rules are not observed.
If the minor is travelling with another person, a declaration of release with the details of the person responsible and a copy of the identity document is required.
If the child is travelling with only one parent, the written consent of the other parent or legal guardian is required.
Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 may travel alone with the written consent of their parent or legal guardian.
All passengers must have the documents required by the country of destination; the carrier is not responsible in the event of non-compliance.
